World Bank: Macedonia reforms properly implemented

 

Washington, 12 October 2013 (MIA) - Vice Premier and Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski said after Friday's meetings at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank that the state of reforms in Macedonia has been positively assessed, more favorable compared to other regional countries, whereas improvement of the situation in EU member-states would have a positive reflection on Macedonia too.

Stavreski: 2013 budget to secure economic growth, regular payment of salaries and pensions

 

Skopje, 7 October 2013 (MIA) - 103.018 million denars in revenues in the budget have been realized since the beginning of 2013 until September with 118.861 million denars recorded in expenditures. Regular payment of salaries, pensions, social welfare, increased capital investments and subsidies have been secured... There is 3.2% deficit of the GDP i.e. 15.843 million denars.
