Skopje, 21 October 2013 (MIA) - "Nova Makedonija" journalist Tomislav Kezarovski has been sentenced to 4,5 years in prison for publishing the identity of a protected witness in case "Orese" in newspaper "Reporter 92".

New penitentiary facility inaugurated in Kumanovo

Kumanovo, 30 September 2013 (MIA) - Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski attended Monday the inauguration of a new facility of the Kumanovo Prison in the village of K'sanje covering an area of 5.000 square meters with a capacity for 250 inmates. The investment for the construction of its premises totals to 234 million denars.

Smilkovci suspects to be extradited after Kosovo trial

 

Washington, 10 September 2013 (MIA) - Alil Demiri and Afrim Ismailovic, the two primary suspects in last year's Smilkovci Lake killings, will be extradited from Kosovo as soon as the trial for illegal arms possession ends in Pristina, said Kosovo's Deputy Foreign Minister Petrit Selimi, MIA reports from Washington.
