Bosnia's population shrinks by 500,000, preliminary census results show

 

Sarajevo, 24 October 2013 (MIA) - Preliminary results of the census conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina on October 1-15 show that the country has between 3.7 million and 3.8 million people, but their ethnic breakdown is still unknown, the Sarajevo daily Dnevni Avaz said on Thursday, citing unnamed sources from the national statistical office BHAS.
